weekly challenges

We did it!
The final tile of the 9 tile challenge fits perfectly and completes the puzzle.  This was such a fun challenge to watch emerge, I know I scared a few of you at the beginning!  It was great to see your tiles flow through the weeks and read that you were in fact looking forward to the next week.

Here is my #9

And the completed piece.

Do any of you have plans for what you will do with your finished piece?

  5. Great mosaic, Joey! The colors are fantastic, so cheerful, and they go so well together. The red merryweather now looks like a large dog lying in a garden, enjoying the sun and the flowers. I don't know if you did that on purpose or not, but it just makes me smile.

This was a wonderful challenge, and I would enjoy doing another one, for sure.

  11. Joey, this challenge of yours gave me a lot of headaches, but I can't blame anybody else but myself for it. I would call it a case of getting up on the wrong foot. However, I didn't give up, hung in there, and today am a lot wiser than I was 9 weeks ago. Thanks for experience, Joey, and believe me when I say I can hardly wait to see what next you have us do.
Your mosaic is absolutely gorgeous to look at. Well designed (!) and beautifully drawn!
